They are looking for a Program Coordinator/Staffing intern for their Consultant Care Program. This is a long-term role with career growth potential within the Modis organization,

    SUMMARY:

    The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Consultant Care Program for our largest global client. In this role, you will use pre-determined company processes and methods to meet client needs - as well as help, develop new processes as needed. You will work closely with our Program Manager, as well as our associates to provide assistance to temporary employees, answer questions, offer resources where needed, etc. In this role, you may be required to visit and even sit on-site at our client location.

    Responsibilities

    GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Builds and maintains relationships with consultants and client users.
    • Responds to consultant inquiries and escalates as necessary.
    • Completes hiring and onboarding process in accordance with client and organizational requirements.
    • Ensures compliance and safety requirements are met, including ensuring all contract prescreening is conducted to customer contract.
    • Maintains records of client and consultant/temporary employee interactions in company systems.
    • Enters temporary employee and client information into Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and other business systems; ensures data is accurate and linked across systems accordingly.
    • Addresses payment issues for consultants and escalates as necessary.
    • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned, such as employee appreciation events

    Qualifications

    EDUCATION & JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but candidates in pursuit of a degree are encouraged to apply. Previous experience in staffing and/or human resources solutions industries is highly desirable.

     

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

    • Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
    • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
    • Ability to adapt to changes in the business environment quickly
    • Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service
    • Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • Experience with Google Docs is highly desired
