    Modis is currently seeking a skilled MSP Account Manager for an exciting internal opportunity. The MSP Account Manager job assists with oversight of the day-to-day operations of client programs, including all stages of the requisition process and managing Managed Service Program (MSP) supplier relationships.

    • Establishes, fosters and maintains positive working relationships with MSP representatives through regular phone, electronic and in-person contact.
    • Provides oversight, training and leadership to ensure delivery team and MSP supplier partnerships reach optimal potential.
    • Manages all stages of requisition activity through the use of Vendor Management System (VMS) technology to ensure optimum, cost-effective, timely, and high quality results.
    • Provides consultative support to delivery team to prioritize job requisitions, as well as clarify job responsibilities, skills and other requirements.
    • Reviews and manages candidates submittals from delivery team to ensure the best qualified candidates are submitted for MSP/end-client review and placement.
    • Oversees consultant on-boarding, orientations, performance reviews, resolution of employee relations issues, and off-boarding activities.
    • Communicates program procedural changes and updates to delivery team in a timely manner to adhere to MSP standard operating procedures.
    • Performs site visits and promotes communication with MSP representatives and client end-users within assigned market area and/or skill set.
    • Assists with supplier assessment efforts and making recommendations for changes as necessary.
    • Directly and indirectly coaches, mentors, trains and supervises employees, including executing performance management.
    • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.



    • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of three (3) years of related experience; or equivalent combination of post high school education and experience.


    • Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing with various levels of employees and/or management, as well as in one-on-one and group settings.
    • Skilled in preparing clear, concise, and comprehensive documents including, but not limited to, reports, client briefs, procedures, correspondences and other written materials.
    • Ability to effectively manage projects that may vary in nature and scope.
    • Ability to identify complex problems and evaluate, develop and implement improvements or recommend changes.
    • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships internal and external of the company.
    • Knowledge of and ability to understand the principles, practices, and standards of talent recruiting.
    • Knowledge of and ability to understand the principles and best practices associated with supplier interaction and vendor management.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
    • Proficient with VMS systems, such as Fieldglass, Beeline and/or IQNavigator.
