    Responsibilities

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
    • Plan Monthly Teambuilding events for entire SDC as well as lunches, dinners, and other one-off events, as needed.
    • Point of contact for all office related questions, concerns, or inquiries.
    • Assist Manager with completion of Staff New Hire Paperwork as well as New Hire Desk Setup.
    • Assist Manager with completion of Personnel Requisitions, Candidate Flow Logs, Staff Termination Forms and Security Request forms.
    • Oversee the purchase of all office supplies and equipment and keeping an accurate invoice log. 
    • Assist Manager in building maintenance/lease agreement issues.
    • Administer employee policies, procedures and benefits. Maintain vacation and attendance records for all staff and consultant personnel.
    • Responsible for monitoring and approving all expenses that are sent to Corporate.
    • Responsible for overall office cleanliness including cleaning common areas, kitchen, empty desks, etc. 
    • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:


    High school diploma required; College degree preferred. 1 year prior experience in a customer service role and 1-2 years prior experience in a financial role (AP, AR, Payroll) or Human Resources a plus.

     

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:

    • Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
    • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
    • Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.
    • Ability to meet deadlines in a timely fashion and effectively multitask assignments or duties.
    • Ability to operate a multi line phone.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
