    Modis is currently seeking a Senior Staffing Industry professional to direct and manage our IT staffing solutions within a national portfolio of enterprise accounts.  This position would office in the San Jose, CA market but travel nationally as needed.

     

     

    The Portfolio Director is responsible for planning, directing and controlling all phases of a national client account in order to maximize profits and encourage growth.  A few things are non-negotiable for this national sales position including 5+ yrs of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry, a strong understanding of the information technology sector as well as hands on experience working directly with large national accounts.

    Responsibilities

    To be successful in this role, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

     

    • Responsible for implementing, directing and managing a portfolio of national accounts.  Expand existing relationships to include additional service offerings within the client.
    • Develops and implements revenue and expense forecasts for the accounts and establishes a budget to assist in development of short term and long-term growth plans.
    • Responsible for quality program to include conducting QBR’s (Quality Business Reviews) with client as well as vendor community. Satisfies quality metrics that are established for the program and ensures vendor adherence to quality standards.
    • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

     

    Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is highly preferred.  Minimum of five (5) years of enterprise account sales within the Staffing & Recruiting industry.  Information Technology niche is required.

     

     

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:

    • Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Customer Relationship Management Systems and/or related tools.
    • Knowledge of current sales trends, best practices and methodologies within the staffing and workforce solutions industries.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
