    Strategic Account Manager - Regional - IT Staffing

     

    "Are you a self-starting, energetic Account Manager with previous success in growing large national accounts?

     

    The national sales team within Modis is expanding and we are looking for three dynamic Strategic Account Managers.  As Strategic Account Manager you will be held accountable for all the growth and development of a portfolio of national accounts that have high growth potential for Modis. These positions will be aligned regionally covering the West, Central and East regions.

     

    A few things are non-negotiable for this position including 5+ years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry, a strong understanding of the Information Technology sector as well as hands on experience working directly with large national accounts.

    Responsibilities

    To be successful in this role, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

    • Establish, foster and maintain strong working relationship with assigned client accounts. Responsible for interfacing with senior level executives to develop strategic alliances.
    • Create a strategy and execute the plan in order to increase revenue and market share.
    • Act as the single point of contact for each account within your portfolio of accounts.
    • Develop an in depth knowledge of the accounts mission and goals and communicate this to the branch sales and recruiting teams.
    • Provide coordination across District and Regional lines for accounts with multiple locations.
    • Performs site visits and conduct meetings with client representatives and client end-users.
    • Directly and indirectly coaches, mentors, trains and supervises branch employees supporting the national accounts.

     

    Qualifications

    What will prepare you for success as a Strategic Account Manager?

    • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
    • Five + years of experience in the IT Staffing Industry with proven success.  Two + years experience managing large strategic accounts.
    • Ability to communicate and motivate/lead teams and possess the ability to think “outside of the box”.
    • Qualified candidates must have a high level understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
