Modis is currently hiring an On-site Client Program Manager for a new MSP client partnership that will be located in the Minneapolis market.
The On-Site Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the process of contingent workforce solutions that include general staffing, professional staffing and technical positions. This manager will act as the main liaison between Modis and all company locations both in the domestic US and internationally. Qualified candidate will ensure that the temporary staffing orders are fulfilled according to client requirements and serves as subject matter expert on the MSP program.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field. Qualified candidates must have previous experience in the Staffing and Recruiting industry. Direct experience with managing a large, strategic client and/or having responsibility of managing the on-site relationships.
