     Modis is currently seeking a Division Director / Manager of Executive Recruiting with experience in full-cycle technical recruiting for our local branch operations.

     

     

    As a Division Director, you will use your recruiting experience to source IT Consultants, qualify their technical experience and skills and make recommendations as to which direct hire job opportunity they are qualified for.  In addition to building and managing your own book of business you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, hiring, coaching and leading a team of Executive Recruiters within San Diego, CA.

    Responsibilities

    What will you do as a Division Director of Executive Recruitment?

     

    Production duties:

    • Builds and maintains relationship with candidates and proactively markets candidates to prospective and existing clients.
    • Develops relationships with clients by meeting them and gaining a thorough understanding of their business, culture and talent needs.
    • Seeks, interviews, assesses and places the top 10-15% of IT candidates in the market.
    • Screens work history, personal and professional references, credential and educations according to client requirements.
    • Performs quality and satisfaction assessments with client, identifies areas of improvement and implements solutions.
    • Provides career counseling services to candidates, including resume evaluations.

    Management and Leadership duties:

    • The Division Director identifies, evaluates and implements new and enhances existing sourcing techniques and stays abreast of leading candidate sourcing and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
    • Collaborates with business partners to identify and manages client specific job orders, candidate submittals, and other candidate-related matters.  Identifies and communicates potential opportunities for business growth based on staying abreast of developments in the marketplace, trends and relationships with clients and competitors.
    • Serves as a point of escalation for any client and/or candidate issues and provides guidance on optimal resolution.
    • Actively participates in and represents the organization in professional networking associations.
    • Directly and/or indirectly coaches, trains and supervises employees, including fostering an environment that promotes personal and professional development.
    • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    What will prepare you for success as a Division Director of Executive Recruitment?

    • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred. 
    • 3+ years experience in a recruiting production environment.  Previous experience in IT recruiting is strongly desired.
    • Candidates must possess exceptional communication and phone skills, a great personality, strong organization skills and a strong desire to succeed.  Ideal candidates will have a basic understanding of various technologies and IT verbiage.
    • Should have a high level understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
