    The Delivery Manager manages the requisition distribution and overall operational recruitment function in mid to large branch offices (four or more office staff).  Oversees office staff to optimize service in a high quality cost effective manner. Helps branch achieve financial goals through recruitment, performance management, training, and maintenance of the daily operations. Works under minimal supervision.

    Responsibilities

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Identifies qualified temporary employees through recruiting and interviewing activities to create an inventory sufficient to meet current and future client demand.
    • Interviews, hires, and places temporary and direct hire candidates. 
    • Acts as lead service liaison to fill and service client orders.
    • Maximizes use of Adecco’s office technology to ensure optimum, cost-effective, timely and high quality results.
    • Coordinates order distribution and workflow within the branch(es), facilitates daily requisition meetings as needed.
    • Coordinates skill marketing, redeployment and working employee connection activities for the branch(es).
    • Provides oversight, training and leadership to ensure Recruiters reach their full productivity potential.
    • Designs and implements a “team-results” oriented culture reinforcing collective results over individual results.
    • Supports the Branch Manager, and regional management to ensure that financial goals and objectives are met and exceeded, while ensuring full compliance with all Adecco policies and procedures.
    • Ensures high quality of standards by conducting activities and maintaining systems that secure Adecco’s position as provider of the highest quality service to customers.
    • Provides direction to office staff to preserve and enhance the customers’ level of satisfaction with Adecco.
    • Consults and coordinates on-going client relationships to better understand clients’ needs.
    • Provides accurate, timely and complete daily performance analyses.
    • Maximizes level of service, encourages relationship building, provides cost effective service solutions to customer demands and strategizes on methodologies to achieve and exceed financial goals and objectives.
    • Manages the performance of the office staff, handles coaching and disciplinary activities.
    • Responsible for selection, onboarding and training of new office staff.

    Qualifications

    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE & OTHER POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience, and a minimum of two years
    • internal experience as a Senior Recruiter in good standing at Adecco.
    • Must have working knowledge of labor and employment laws, recruitment strategies, and internal operational and compliance knowledge.
    • Must possess leadership ability necessary to oversee the recruiting and operational functions of an office staff
    • Must be proficient in multiple recruitment websites, social networking sites, internal database systems and tools, and Microsoft office software.
