    Lead Technical Recruiter | Enterprise Clients | IT Staffing 

     

    Modis is currently seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our enterprise team to support the recruiting efforts of some of our strategic, enterprise customers.  This position would be a producing manager role overseeing a team of dedicated resources in the Minneapolis market.

     

    The Lead Technical Recruiter manages the distribution of the job requisitions and overall recruitment function for our Enterprise recruiting team in Minneapolis.  This candidate will also oversee a team of 6-8 recruiters dedicated to the satisfaction of our enterprise and strategic client partners.  Helps branch achieve financial goals through recruitment, performance management, training, and maintenance of the daily operations. Works under minimal supervision.

    Responsibilities

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Identifies qualified consultants through recruiting and interviewing activities to create an inventory sufficient to meet current and future client demand. 
    • Acts as lead IT Recruiter to fill and service client orders for Modis..
    • Coordinates order distribution and workflow within the branch(es), facilitates daily requisition meetings as needed.
    • Coordinates skill marketing, redeployment and working employee connection activities for the branch(es).
    • Provides oversight, training and leadership to ensure Recruiters reach their full productivity potential.
    • Designs and implements a “team-results” oriented culture reinforcing collective results over individual results.
    • Consults and coordinates on-going client relationships to better understand clients’ needs.
    • Provides accurate, timely and complete daily performance analyses.
    • Maximizes level of service, encourages relationship building, provides cost effective service solutions to customer demands and strategizes on methodologies to achieve and exceed financial goals and objectives.
    • Manages the performance of the office staff, handles coaching and disciplinary activities.
    • Responsible for selection, onboarding and training of new office staff.

    Qualifications

    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE & OTHER POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor’s degree in related field is highly preferred.
    • 3+ years of successful IT recruiting experience.  Preference will be given to candidates that exhibit leadership or training of other recruiters in their bakcground.  
    • Must possess leadership ability necessary to oversee the recruiting and operational functions of an office staff
    • Must be proficient in multiple recruitment websites, social networking sites, internal database systems and tools, and Microsoft office software.
