Modis is currently seeking a Division Director / Manager of Executive Recruiting with experience in full-cycle technical recruiting for our local branch operations.
As a Division Director, you will use your recruiting experience to source IT Consultants, qualify their technical experience and skills and make recommendations as to which direct hire job opportunity they are qualified for. In addition to building and managing your own book of business you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, hiring, coaching and leading a team of Executive Recruiters within the Greater DC Metro Area.
