Overview

The SDC Lead Recruiter, leads SDC recruiters in developing marketing/recruiting strategies and plans to establish new recruits and expanding current recruiting portfolio. Screens and interviews selected candidates for national account requisitions complying with company policy and EEO, ADA and Affirmative Action guidelines. Works with clients helping them to identify job requirements and specifications. Facilitates interactions between customers and candidates to ensure proper match. Utilizes data gathered by Recruitment Center and customer interactions to make final hiring decisions. Works under general supervision.

Responsibilities

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Mentor and train new and existing Strategic Delivery Center Sourcers and Recruiters.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with each recruiter to review performance and establish expectations.
  • On the floor leader to assist with daily issue resolutions and job order coverage.
  • Help Managing Director establish and implement recruiting strategies. 
  • Lead daily requirements and huddle meetings with all recruiters.
  • Fully responsible for a team and delivery management of 2 – 5 strategic accounts.
  • Lead Role Playing on a consistent basis.
  • Assist SDC recruiters in their day to day recruiting activities providing desk-side feedback.
  • Recruit active candidates from on-line databases, contact lists, internal databases, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct research and investigate new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Act as a search expert for various IT positions by understanding hiring needs, position specifications and search requirements.
  • Partner with recruiters to generate ideas, leverage resources and share information that facilitates an effective search process.
  • Assists in the development of short and long range recruitment plans that support the goals of the National Accounts Team and Modis.
  • Interviews, hires, and places employees for moderately complex and specialized accounts and requisitions. 
  • Performs second level screens and interviews of prospective candidates ensuring adherence to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and Company policies in the prescreening process.
  • Documents telephone job orders by eliciting complete description of work requirements and client specifications. Ensures temporary assignments are accurate by obtaining detailed requirements from the client. 
  • Identifies applicant and position match to ensure compatibility, and presents client with information on the most qualified candidates.
  • Executes the steps of the placement cycle which may include submitting of resumes, client interview coordination, briefing and de-briefing, offer management and on-boarding.
  • Ensures that candidates thoroughly understand the duties and responsibilities of the assignment.
  • Maintains thorough and accurate documentation of all client, candidate and temporary employee interactions.
  • Coordinates research, screening and recruitment efforts for requisitions with sourcing and research teams.
  • Participates in Forecasting and Requisition Meetings.
  • Attend Weekly/Monthly National Account Calls.

 

 

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BS/BA Degree 
  • 3-5 Years Experience
  • Excellent verbal (telephone) and written (e-mail) communication skills.
  • Must be comfortable on the telephone with high level professionals. 
  • Must be very computer literate. (internet search engines-MS Office products)
  • Must be capable and willing to perform daily administrative tasks.
