VendorPass - Project Manager | Lead Implementation - Jacksonville, FL

VendorPass is currently hiring an experienced Project Manager | Implementation Director at our corporate headquarters in Jacksonville FL.


Qualified candidates will be responsible for leading successful client implementations, creating and meeting project timelines, establishing risk plans and budget requirements. Coordinates and prioritizes project tasks, management timelines, maintains project plans, post-implementation reviews, lessons learned and communicates status to internal stakeholders as needed.  Leads internal VendorPass operational initiatives and internal change management efforts.

  • Assesses and evaluates client requirements against scope of project and writes, reviews, evaluates and modifies new or existing project management and project scope materials.
  • Creates and maintains strategic project plans and ensures implementation projects are managed at or under budget, to scope and on-time.
  • Interfaces with internal customers to manage end-to-end service implementations; understands and manages evolving stakeholder expectations.
  • Investigates, analyzes and recommends solutions for client implementation issues to maintain end-client satisfaction and continued engagement.
  • Manages risks and issues, develops and monitors mitigation plans and develops and maintains contingency plans.
  • Defines implementation budgets and obtains approval by management before launch.
  • Ensures end-user satisfaction through follow-up, responsiveness, and thorough communication.
  • In-directly manages cross-functional implementation teams; provides leadership and strategic guidance and addresses performance issues with management as necessary.
  • Provides support to VendorPass service delivery and sales teams as needed.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.



  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related project management experience is highly desired.  
  • Previous experience in the staffing and contingent workforce industries is strongly preferred.
  • PMP certification is a plus but is not required.
  • Ability to effectively influence others and drive change at various levels within the organization.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines.
  • Ability to detect potential issues and implement solutions when issues threaten to delay timelines or impact budgets or business operations.
  • Ability and willingness to travel is required.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project and Outlook.
